Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Full payment is required to reserve your spot.

2. Cancellations by Participants:

More than 48 hours before class: Full refund or option to reschedule (if space allows).
Less than 48 hours before class: no refund, option to reschedule (if notice is given and space is available).
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund nor reschedule.

3. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Cancellations by Instructor:

In rare cases (e.g., emergency, sickness), the class may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

6. Class Rules.

• Please arrive on time. If you are late, the class will not be extended or repeated, and no compensation will be provided for missed time.

• Respectful and supportive behavior is expected from all participants. All students are expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with kindness and respect.

• No video-recording or of the class without permission.

7. Intellectual Property. All content shared during class (exercises, techniques, videos) is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially.

8. Non-Transferable Bookings: Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.

9. The discounted package (a package of 4 private art classes, package of 5 Art Club sessions) needs to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase, unused classes will expire.
