1. Full payment is required to reserve your spot.

2. Cancellations by Participants:

• More than 24 hours before the private art class: Full refund or option to reschedule (if space allows).
• Less than 24 hours before private art class: no refund, option to reschedule (if notice is given and space is available).
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund nor reschedule.
• More than 7 days before the group workshop or course: Full refund or option to reschedule (if applicable).
• Less than 7 days before the group workshop or course: no refund. You may reschedule or receive a gift certificate valid for 2 months from the date of notice.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours before the group workshop/course: No refund nor reschedule.
• Cancellations are accepted only in Norwegian, English, Russian.

3. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling of a private art class is allowed once per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Cancellations by Instructor:

• In rare cases (e.g., emergency, sickness), the class may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
• To maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone, the instructor reserves the right to end a participant’s attendance in rare cases of inappropriate or disruptive behavior. In such cases, the remaining classes will be refunded.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

6. Class Rules.

• Please arrive on time. If you are late, the class will not be extended or repeated, and no compensation will be provided for missed time.

• Respectful and supportive behavior is expected from all participants. All students are expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with kindness and respect.

• No video-recording or of the class without permission.

7. Intellectual Property. All content shared during class (exercises, techniques, videos) is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially.

8. Non-Transferable Bookings: Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.

9. For administrative and safety reasons, each participant must complete their own booking. Bookings made on behalf of others are not allowed. Gift certificates are available for those wishing to purchase a booking as a gift.

10. Please note that extra guests are not allowed during art classes and workshops unless arranged and confirmed in advance.

11. In accordance with building rules, only one parent may remain in the waiting area while the child attends the art class.

12. Hours purchased for Art classes for kids in summer must be used within the month of purchase. Any unused hours will expire.

13. Please remember to schedule your classes yourself, as reminders are not sent.

14. I respond only to messages written in supported languages: Norwegian, English, Russian. Messages sent in other languages may not be answered, or you may be asked to resend your inquiry in a supported languages.
